Individual Therapy
Individual counselling provides a non-judgmental atmosphere so you can feel safe with the emotional attunement of a therapist to better understand yourself and deal with the underlying root cause of issues, so they do not keep recurring. Counselling allows you to free yourself from being stuck and overcome behavioral patterns, so you can move forward in the direction of your life.
We work with relationship difficulties (trauma bonding, break ups, feeling alone or navigating dating), childhood trauma, personality disorders ( borderline and narcissistic), interpersonal conflicts, depression, anxiety, self-sabotaging behavior and more.
Cost
You can book an appointment on the calender. If you have Buba or Medibank Private, you can claim a rebate if you check your cover. If you have a GP referral to our service with a Mental Health Care Plan, you can get $82 back from Medicare. Click the book an appoinment button.

Couples Therapy
Couples counselling assists couples in repairing from ruptures in the relationship and exploring underlying dynamics, so they learn how to resolve issues while building a secure relationship that allows each partner to feel heard in a safe therapeutic encounter. Applying emotionally focused couples therapy and Gottman’s therapy, we help couples process the feelings underlying the behavior, turning fights into moments of connection. We work with couples attachment styles, so partners learn how to recognize and respond to each other’s needs and bids for connection.
We assist couples in breaking free from defensive patterns of interactions and defusing from blame in order to de-escalate conflicts. This allows partners to feel safe to explore underlying vulnerable feelings, so they feel understood.
